 19-02-2003: Certificatul de siguranta - o masura de prevedere pentru tur

In cadrul unui proiect-pilot lansat pe Litoral, Ministerul Turismului va introduce din acest an sistemul de atestare a calitatii serviciilor pe baza Certificatului de siguranta. Aceasta procedura este practicata in majoritatea tarilor europene cu traditie in industria hoteliera si urmareste cresterea exigentelor, dar si buna si corecta informare a clientilor. "Certificatul de siguranta va fi, in acelasi timp, atestat de calitate si carte de vizita pentru orice client care doreste sa cumpere serviciile unui operator din turism, unitate de alimentatie publica sau de cazare. Vor fi evidentiate aici rezultatele controalelor realizate de institutiile de autorizare si inspectiile de stat din domeniu, precum si sanctiunile primite pentru neconformitate, chiar si valoarea amenzilor platite", a declarat Dan Matei Agathon.( sursa: ziarul ZIUA ) |
